What is “Shoku-Pan”?

“Shoku-pan” (食パン) is Japanese milk bread loaf, known for its milky-sweet taste and softness and fluffiness, and stays moist inside. And its outside is the golden brown crust like the above photo.
A pack of Shoku-pan is sold in grocery shops of Japan, each pack has around 4 to 6 slices.
Each slice is around 3/4 inch thick. You can also chose the pack of thinner slices.
Shoku-pan is eaten as is, and used as a basement of each “Japanese Sandwich”.

How cook “Shoku-pan” as is?

Most popular way to eat it is to toast and put something spread such as butter, strawberry jam, of course Nuttella on it.
